We have a tentative date and location for Akwesasne’s ‘Up North Music’ session. Akwesasne Mohawk musicians can have a free-of-charge recording session from February 15 - 17, 2007 in the Akwesasne Museum, courtesy of a program sponsored by Canton, NY’s National Public Radio Station and funded by the New York Music Fund. Go to www.upnorthmusic.org for more about the program. Contact us at akwmuse@northnet.org if you want more information on Akwesasne’s sessions, including how to sign up for a recording session.
